Application scenarios:
It is mainly used for advanced wastewater treatment and water purification, with high efficiency in removing suspended solids, turbidity, phosphorus, colloids and part of organic matters. It is applicable to scenarios such as municipal wastewater upgrading (Class I A / Quasi-Class IV), reclaimed water reuse, industrial wastewater fine filtration, cooling circulating water side filtration, surface water / drinking water pretreatment and landscape water purification.
Structure&Principle:
The equipment consists of filter discs, fiber filter cloth, central pipe, backwashing system, sludge discharge system and driving device. Wastewater enters from the outside of the filter cloth, suspended solids are intercepted, and clean water passes through the filter cloth into the central pipe for discharge. The discs rotate at low speed, and the filter cloth is continuously cleaned by the built-in backwashing device. Sludge is discharged from the bottom to achieve continuous and stable filtration.
Main Features:
1、The filter discs are fully submerged with large filtration area and small footprint.
2、Filtration precision is 10 μm.
3. Stable effluent quality; when influent SS ≤ 20 mg/L, effluent SS can be guaranteed ≤ 10 mg/L.
4、Low filtration resistance with head loss ≤ 300 mm.
5. Low backwash water consumption, less than 1% of the total filtered water volume.
6.Uniquely designed patented suction nozzles provide strong regeneration capacity for the filter media.
