Application scenarios:
By adding sludge reflux and inclined plate sedimentation to the conventional coagulation-sedimentation process, high-density coagulation and sedimentation technology is formed. On the basis of sludge reflux, magnetic powder is added to further improve sludge settling velocity and surface loading rate, thus developing the magnetically loaded high-efficiency sedimentation tank.
This technology covers process design of the sedimentation system, tank structure design, and manufacturing of supporting equipment such as magnetic powder recovery devices.
It is mainly applied to advanced wastewater treatment for effective removal of SS and TP.
Structure&Principle:
The magnetically loaded high-efficiency sedimentation tank is mainly composed of a mixing tank (including Mixing Zone I, Mixing Zone II and flocculation reaction zone), a sedimentation tank (including water distribution zone, sludge thickening zone and inclined tube effluent zone), as well as a sludge reflux and magnetic powder recovery system.
Main Features:
1. Stepless adjustment of coagulation intensity with high surface loading; high magnetic powder recovery rate (≥99%); effluent SS stably meets Class A discharge standard.
2. Automatic inclined tube cleaning, uniform water and chemical dosing, and excellent effluent quality.
3. Adopts an underwater bearing-free structure for easy installation and maintenance.
4. Self-tightening seamless connection is applied between mixer shaft and transmission shaft, ensuring reliable anti-loosening performance of blades.
5. The stirring blades adopt a hollow section structure, featuring high strength, good rigidity, low moment of inertia and low operating energy consumption.
6. The thickening scraper is equipped with a high-efficiency helical gear reducer and slewing bearing structure, delivering high output with stable and reliable operation. Built-in over-torque protection ensures high safety.
7. The magnetic separator adopts flipping and stirring magnetic field for high sludge-magnet separation efficiency. High-quality NdFeB permanent magnets are used with a design service life of up to 50 years.
