The hydraulic reciprocating sludge scraper is mainly used in horizontal flow sedimentation tanks. It uses hydraulic power to drive the scraper in a reciprocating motion, scraping the sludge at the bottom of the tank into the sludge collection pit for efficient sludge discharge. A scum skimming device can be configured as needed to remove surface scum simultaneously.
Structure&Principle：
Structure:Mainly composed of a hydraulic station, driving cylinder, reciprocating scraper, guide rails, and an electrical control system.
Principle:The hydraulic station drives the cylinder to move the scraper back and forth along the guide rails at the bottom of the tank, scraping the sludge toward the collection pit. On the return stroke, the scraper is lifted to avoid disturbing the settled sludge.
