Application scenarios：
The single-rail sludge scraper is mainly used in horizontal flow sedimentation tanks to scrape the sludge deposited at the bottom of the tank into a sludge collection pit (trough) for centralized discharge. A scum skimming device can be added as needed to simultaneously remove surface scum and improve effluent quality.
Structure&Principle：
Structure:Mainly composed of a traveling carriage (including drive unit), sludge scraper blades, a single-rail track, and an electrical control system.
Principle:The carriage travels back and forth along the single rail on top of the tank. The scraper blades move with the carriage to scrape the sludge at the bottom of the tank into the sludge collection pit. On the return trip, the scraper blades are lifted to avoid disturbing the sludge.
