Application scenarios：
The rake-lifting sludge scraper is mainly used for sludge discharge in horizontal flow sedimentation tanks of urban wastewater treatment plants and water treatment plants. This machine performs unidirectional sludge scraping. According to user requirements, a scum skimming device can be added.
Structure&Principle：
The equipment adopts a mobile bridge structure. When the sludge scraper is not in operation, it stops at the water inlet end. When the scraper is working and moving along the direction of the water flow, the scum skimming plate is first lowered to skim the surface scum toward the steel scum trough at the end of the tank, while the sludge scraper blades are lifted off the tank bottom. When moving in the reverse direction, the sludge scraper blades are lowered to scrape the sludge at the bottom of the tank toward the sludge collection trough at the end of the tank, while the scum skimming plate is lifted away from the liquid surface to prevent the scum from flowing backward. This back-and-forth movement is repeated to achieve the purpose of sludge scraping and scum skimming.
Main Features：

2. The over water carriage travels on steel wheels, while the underwater scraper moves on rubber rollers.
