Application scenarios：
The center driven sludge scraper with a vertical frame is suitable for radial flow sedimentation tanks of medium and large diameters with central water inlet, peripheral water outlet, and central sludge discharge. It is mainly used for sludge discharge in the secondary sedimentation tanks of urban wastewater treatment plants.
Structure&Principle：
The equipment adopts a center driven, vertical frame structure. Wastewater flows into the draft tube through the inlet pipe, diffuses, and then flows evenly outward in a radial pattern. Suspended sludge settles at the bottom of the tank after precipitation. The drive unit rotates the central vertical frame, which in turn drives the scraper arms and scraper blades to rotate. The sludge is scraped from the perimeter of the tank toward the central sludge collection tank and discharged outside the tank through the sludge pipe by means of the hydrostatic pressure inside the tank. Surface scum is skimmed toward the edge of the tank by the skimming device and then scraped into the scum hopper by the scum rake for discharge. Meanwhile, the supernatant liquid overflows through the triangular outlet weir plate into the outlet trough for discharge.
