Application scenarios：
The scraper skimming device is mainly used in structures such as sedimentation tanks, equalization tanks, and dissolved air flotation (DAF) tanks in wastewater treatment plants. Through the reciprocating or rotating motion of the scraper, it continuously scrapes scum, grease, foam, and light suspended solids floating on the water surface into the scum collection trough, achieving solid-liquid separation, improving effluent quality, and reducing the load on subsequent treatment units.
Structure&Principle：
Structure: It is mainly composed of a drive unit, transmission mechanism (chain, wire rope, or connecting rod), scraper (skimming plate), track system, tensioning device, scum collection trough, and control box. The scraper is usually made of corrosion resistant stainless steel or engineering plastic.
Principle: The drive unit drives the scraper to perform reciprocating or rotating motion along the water surface track through the transmission mechanism. As the scraper passes over the water surface, it pushes floating scum, grease, and other substances forward, scraping them into the scum collection trough at the end of the tank. The scum falls into the trough by gravity and is discharged, thereby achieving water surface cleaning and solid liquid separation.
