Application scenarios:
The integrated sand washing and separating machine is mainly used to clean, dehydrate, and classify the sandwater mixture discharged from the grit chamber, remove organic matter and fine impurities from the sand, improve sand purity, and facilitate subsequent transportation, disposal, or resource utilization.
Structure&Principle:
Structure: It is mainly composed of a screw conveyor, Ushaped trough, flushing water system, drive unit, screen/classification device, and sand discharge port; some models are equipped with an overflow weir and wearresistant lining plates.
Principle: After the sandwater mixture enters the Ushaped trough, the screw conveyor rotates to push the sand particles forward; flushing water is injected from the bottom or side, causing organic matter and light impurities to overflow with the water; at the same time, sand of different particle sizes is separated through the screen or classification structure, and finally lifted to the sand discharge port through the dewatering section for discharge, realizing the integration of cleaning, classification, and dewatering.
Main Features:
1. Capable of handling partially dewatered grit from wastewater treatment plants.
2. Processing capacity: 0.1–3.0 m³ of solid matter per hour.
3. After washing, the solids content of the fine sand is approximately 90%.
4. Can be installed downstream of sandwater separation devices, integrated units, and circular grit chambers.
