Application scenarios：
The Drum Screen is a new type of equipment independently researched, developed, and manufactured by our company. It is based on the absorption and digestion of advanced foreign technology, combined with the specific actual conditions of water treatment projects in China. It is suitable for use as a fine screen in urban sewage treatment plants. This new product integrates three functions into one: the interception, conveyance, and dewatering (pressing) of screenings.
Structure&Principle：
The equipment adopts a rotary drum screw design, with a circular screen cylinder serving as the screening surface, installed in the channel at a 35° angle to the horizontal plane.
When wastewater flows into the screen cylinder from the end, screenings larger than the slot size are intercepted and deposited on the inner surface of the cylinder. The entire screen cylinder is driven to rotate by a motor. A cleaning brush and a flushing mechanism located above the cylinder clean the screen surface, washing the screenings into a central material trough.
From there, the screenings are lifted by a conveying screw, pressed and dewatered, and finally discharged through the outlet into a material box or conveyor for external transport and processing.

2、The screen slot spacing is small, generally ranging from 1 to 5 mm.
