Super Rotary Back-rake Screen is suitable for the inlet and outlet of municipal and various industrial wastewater treatment facilities, such as municipal sewage treatment plants, various rainwater and sewage pumping stations, river flood control and drainage projects, and power plant water intakes. It is designed to remove large floating debris from the water, including trees, weeds, garbage, and plastic/rubber materials. This ensures unobstructed water inflow, protects pump impellers, and reduces the processing load on subsequent stages.
The main structure consists of a frame, grid bars, a transmission chain mechanism, and a slag discharge mechanism. The equipment offers stable operation and excellent performance.
Structure&Principle：
The Super Rotary Back-rake Screen is a type of back-rake rotary chain screen. High-strength chains and cleaning rakes descend on the upstream side of the frame. When the chains reach the bottom of the screen, they naturally articulate in the opposite direction without the guidance of any bottom sprocket due to their ability to bend in only one direction. The cleaning rakes mesh with the grid bars at the bottom, capture the screenings, and convey them upward to the top of the screen for discharge.
