The Overhead Suspension Mobile Automatic Bar Screen consists of four main parts: a suspended load-carrying trolley, trolley traveling rails, a hydraulic slag-removing rake, and an electrical control system.
(2) Working Principle
The working principle of the Overhead Suspension Mobile Automatic Bar Screen is as follows: a drive unit mounted above the load-carrying trolley drives the trolley to move horizontally along the rails. When the trolley reaches the preset screen cleaning position, the slag-removing rake is lowered by wire rope traction. Upon reaching the bottom of the screen, the control system closes the curved rake and simultaneously commands the lifting motor to raise the rake to start collecting debris. After the rake reaches the preset lifting height, the control system instructs the load-carrying trolley to move and discharge the debris into the waste storage bin, thus completing one screen cleaning cycle.
