Application scenarios：
The Moving Track Type Bar Screen utilizes a single wire rope combined with a hydraulic push rod device to control the radially moving track. A drive motor rotates the wire rope drum to retract and extend the rope, causing the cleaning rake bucket to ascend and descend along the track. This mechanism completes the entire cycle of raking open → lowering → raking closed → discharging.
This design eliminates the rope tangling issues common in three-rope screens (caused by uneven rope elongation) and the collision between the rake bucket and the grid bars (caused by axial movement of the bucket). The equipment operates fully automatically, features a lower failure rate, and offers superior debris removal and discharge capabilities.
Structure&Principle：
Moving Track Type Bar Screen is mainly composed of a screening rake bucket, lifting device, discharge device, guide rails, hydraulic push rod, submerged screen body, and ground support frame.
The screening rake bucket, in the open position, descends along the track to the bottom of the channel/well. Under the action of the hydraulic push rod, the bucket closes, scooping the intercepted screenings and debris into the bucket. The lifting device then operates to raise the bucket to the discharge outlet, where the screenings are discharged by the discharge device. The bucket stops ascending and opens, completing one operational cycle. The unit operates continuously under control signals, awaiting the command for the next cycle.
