The Internal Flow Coarse Screen is a highly reliable, stable, and high-performance mechanical screening and filtration device. It is widely used in municipal sewage and water treatment plants, various industrial wastewater treatment facilities, as well as other solid-liquid separation applications.
During operation, the product continuously and automatically removes suspended solids such as wooden wedges, branches, plastic products, construction waste, domestic waste, and sanitary napkins from the filtered water. It is an ideal and efficient pre-treatment equipment for water supply and drainage systems.

Main Structural Components:
The Internal Flow Coarse Screen consists of a movable bar screen assembly, sprocket chains, a main frame with a slag discharge mechanism, a screen housing, a drive motor, and system seals.
Filtration Principle:
Wastewater to be filtered flows into the interior of the screen through the water inlet in the middle of the frame. The water exits through the movable bars on both sides, while suspended solids such as construction waste and domestic refuse are trapped inside the bars.
As the entire movable bar screen assembly rotates, it lifts the trapped materials upwards to the top. At the top, the discharge mechanism located above the outer side of the assembly pushes and brushes the screenings from the inner wall of the bars into a collection trough located below the inner side of the assembly. The screenings are then discharged via an auger (screw conveyor) within the collection trough.
Featuring a fully movable bar design, the screen ensures continuous screening and removal capability.
