Application scenarios：
The wire rope screen is suitable for use in large and medium-sized water treatment plants, rainwater/wastewater lift pump stations, sewage treatment plants, and power plant inlets. It intercepts and removes coarse floating debris and bottom sediments from the water, protecting pump impellers and reducing the processing load on subsequent equipment.
Structure&Principle：
The frame of the equipment is fixed to the upper end of the wellhead, with the water-passing screen surface composed of fixed bars. As wastewater flows through the screen, debris larger than the bar spacing is intercepted.
The rake bucket is first driven by the tilting motor to open the rake, stopping once this action is completed. It is then driven by the lifting motor and, under the control of the height limiter, descends along the guide rails on both sides to the bottom of the screen well and stops. The tilting motor automatically restarts to close the rake, stopping once this action is finished.
The lifting motor then starts again, and the rake bucket, pulled by the wire ropes, inserts into the gaps between the bars to scoop up the intercepted debris. It ascends along the screen surface and the slag baffle. Under the control of the height limiter, upon reaching the discharge port, the lifting motor stops. The cleaning scraper on the upper frame automatically removes the debris as the rake bucket rises, causing it to fall through the discharge port into a conveyor or a waste cart, thus completing one cleaning cycle.
