Application scenarios:
The mobile wire rope screen is a new horizontally movable model independently developed by our company based on the original LZ-type wire rope screen, designed to meet the removal requirements of large-flow and wide-channel applications. It is suitable for the inlets of water treatment plants, large-scale rainwater and sewage lift pump stations, sewage treatment plants, and power plants with wide influent channels. It sequentially removes floating debris and impurities from the water body, thereby protecting the safe operation of subsequent process equipment.
Structure&Principle:
The equipment adopts a three-rope traction and trolley-moving design. Similarly, it consists of a rake bucket and fixed bars forming the water-passing grid surface. As sewage flows through the grid, debris larger than the grid gap is intercepted.
The rail clamp is firmly fixed to one side of the working platform. When the rake bucket is on standby, it remains above the working platform.
When the operation button is activated, the travel motor drives the mobile trolley to move along the rail to the first station. A preset positioning device ensures accuracy, aligning the trolley's sides with the rake bucket guide rails. The rail clamp then tightens, securing the trolley with a positioning accuracy of ≤ 2.0mm.
The rake bucket descends, and the tilt motor operates to open it. Upon reaching the lowest position, the lift motor stops. After a 3-second interval (adjustable), the tilt motor reverses, inserting the rake bucket into the underwater bars to engage the debris. The lift motor then activates again, raising the rake bucket along the bars and the slag-retaining baffle to the discharge port. A preset scraper removes the debris into a screw press or dumpster for external transport.
After each cleaning cycle (adjustable), the trolley moves one station width. The process for the second station is identical to the first. Once all n stations are cleaned, the pre-programmed logic returns the mobile trolley to the starting position, thus completing one full work cycle.
Main Features:
1. Unique Frame Structure:The machine adopts a split structure. The lower part consists of fixed bars installed within the channel, with guide rails provided on both sides of each set of grid plates. The upper mobile trolley travels smoothly along the rails driven by a traveling motor.
2. Heavy-Duty Grab Bucket:The rake bucket is a special large-capacity, heavy-duty "grab-type" bucket. Its smooth operation is ensured by roller guides on both sides and wire rope traction.
3. Efficient Discharging:A discharge scraper is installed on the upper frame to effectively scrape the debris from the rake bucket into the discharge outlet, ensuring a thorough and clean discharge.
4. Independent Drive Systems:The trolley's travel, and the rake bucket's lifting/lowering and opening/closing are three independent drive systems, operating according to a preset program under the control of the electrical system.
5. Precise Positioning & Safety:The mobile trolley is equipped with limit devices, a positioning mechanism, and proximity sensors to ensure accurate positioning with an error margin of ±2mm. The overall structure is compact, with sensors installed at appropriate positions to ensure safe and reliable operation.
6. Easy Operation:The equipment is simple to operate and can be controlled either locally or remotely.
7. Mobile Cable Power Distribution:Instead of the previously used cable reel, this machine utilizes a mobile cable system for power distribution. This design offers a sleek appearance, simplifies operation, and reduces the working load. It also provides excellent performance by preventing cable deviation and tangling, thereby minimizing equipment failure rates.
