Structure&Principle:
The hydraulically actuated bottom-hinged weir gate primarily consists of the gate body, a hydraulic drive system, guide devices, and sealing components, supplemented by limit and feedback sensors. During operation, the hydraulic system drives the gate to ascend or descend along the guide rails, allowing for precise adjustment of the gate opening to control the flow cross-section, thereby regulating drainage and flow. When closed, the sealing components ensure effective water shutoff. This system is designed to deliver stable and accurate operation, making it suitable for applications in environmental water treatment and hydraulic engineering where precise water level and flow control is critical, including flood drainage, backflow prevention, and river pollution interception.
Main Features:
1. Hydraulic drive controls the weir gate's lifting and lowering.
2. Based on water level monitoring signals upstream and downstream of the weir gate, the opening, closing, and positioning of the gate are controlled.
