Application scenarios：
The screw press is suitable for screenings treatment in urban wastewater treatment plants, residential community sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater/sewage pump stations, and waterworks. It is mainly used in conjunction with equipment such as conveyors or bar screens to press and dewater the fished out screenings.
Structure&Principle：
This equipment adopts a shafted screw design. When materials enter through the feed hopper, the screenings are pushed into the discharge pipe by the screw body. Compressed by their own gravity, they are pushed out of the discharge port and directly discharged into a garbage cart for external transportation. The squeezed wastewater is discharged through the drain pipe after passing through the filter screen and water collection pipe.
Main Features：
1. The drive unit adopts a shaft-mounted gear reducer, featuring a compact structure and stable, safe operation.
2. Helical blades are welded to the screw shaft to enhance rigidity and pressing capacity, and the blades use a variable-pitch open design.
3. The discharge pipe is inclined at 45° to the pressing cylinder.
4. The press frame is fixed using expansion bolts, requiring no embedded parts. 5. The equipment can be controlled in linkage with supporting equipment for convenient operation, or it can be equipped with its own local control box.
