Application scenarios：
The integrated screw conveyor and press is suitable for screenings treatment in urban wastewater treatment plants, residential community sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater/sewage pump stations, and waterworks. It is mainly used in conjunction with equipment such as bar screens to convey, press, and dewater screenings.
Structure&Principle：
This equipment adopts a shaftless screw design. When materials enter through the feed hopper of the conveyor press, they are pushed and moved by the rotation of the screw blades, conveyed along the U-shaped trough to the compaction zone. Under the reverse spring pressure of the pressing pipe and the discharge door cover, the screenings are pressed and dewatered. The dewatered screenings force open the pressure plate and fall into a garbage cart for external transportation, while the squeezed seepage water flows back into the grille well through the return pipe.
Main Features：
1. The drive unit adopts a shaft-mounted parallel-shaft helical gear reducer, featuring a compact structure and stable, safe operation.
2. The U-shaped trough is equipped with a liner, providing strong wear resistance and a long service life.
3. It adopts a structure with shaftless screw blades and a pressure-type door panel at the outlet, integrating conveying, pressing, and dewatering into one unit.
4. The conveyor frame is fixed using expansion bolts, eliminating the need for embedded parts.
5. The equipment can be controlled in conjunction with supporting equipment for convenient operation, or it can be equipped with its own local control box.
