Application scenarios:
The microfilter is one of the latest solid-liquid separation equipment developed by our factory and currently available on the market. It is capable of removing various types of solid contaminants from wastewater. Widely applicable to municipal sewage, industrial wastewater, food processing, papermaking, and other wastewater treatment projects, this equipment effectively intercepts and removes solid pollutants from the water.
Structure&Principle:
The microfilter is mainly composed of a washing device, a drum screen, an inlet distribution box, inlet and outlet pipes, a slag scraper, a frame, and a transmission device.
Working Principle: Wastewater first enters the inlet distribution box outside the drum screen through the inlet pipe. Water passes through the screen mesh into the interior of the drum screen, then falls into the outlet pipe and is discharged into the drainage trough. Solid contaminants are intercepted by the drum screen. As the drum rotates, the contaminants are transported to the slag discharge port and removed by the scraper. The screen is equipped with a washing device to rinse the drum screen, preventing clogging and increasing the processing capacity.

1. Simple and convenient operation; no special personnel are required for monitoring.
2. High filtration efficiency, capable of continuous and automatic drainage and slag discharge.
3. Excellent separation effect, with a solid removal rate of over 95%.
4. Low maintenance costs. Since the transmission parts do not come into direct contact with wastewater, they are not easily corroded. Additionally, due to the long service life of the screen mesh, frequent replacement is unnecessary, resulting in low maintenance rates and costs.
5. The equipment is installed directly on the working platform, occupying a small footprint.
