Structure&Principle：
The integrated pretreatment equipment is specially developed and designed for sewage treatment. It can efficiently separate and compress suspended solids in sewage, and simultaneously complete the accurate separation and extraction of sand and grease. The equipment is composed of four core components: a fine grid, a horizontal sand discharge screw and sand lifting device, an aeration device, and an oil skimming device. Its working process is clear and orderly: sewage first enters the tank body, and the first stage of fine screening and treatment of grid residue is started. Through a special fine grid matching the characteristics of grid residue, effective separation of solids and sewage is achieved and the removal of solid impurities is completed; then the sewage enters the sand removal and oil removal unit. At this stage, relying on the aeration effect of the aeration device, the separation and extraction of suspended solids and grease are completed. At the same time, the horizontal sand discharge screw is used to transport precipitable solids to the sand hopper against the water flow, and finally the sand extraction is completed by the sand lifting device.
