Application scenarios:
1. Applied in sewage treatment systems to store sludge delivered from the dewatering workshop (belt filter press, plate-and-frame filter press, screw dehydrator, centrifuge, etc.), and discharge sludge to transport vehicles periodically.
2. Used in the comprehensive disposal system of organic wastes to store sludge transported by vehicles, which is then conveyed to the drying and pyrolysis system for treatment and disposal.
Structure&Principle:
Sludge from the dewatering workshop is conveyed to the silo by screw conveyors. The bottom screw conveyor of the silo discharges the sludge into transport vehicles. During discharging, the sliding frame reciprocates at the silo bottom to break sludge arching, enabling smooth feeding of sludge into the discharge screw. The sliding frame mechanism effectively improves discharging efficiency and reduces sludge accumulation. As an optimal sludge storage device, the sliding frame silo overcomes the common drawbacks of conventional conical silos, such as arching, incomplete discharge and low automation.
