The stoplog gate is suitable for temporary water retention or for use as a maintenance gate.
Structure&Principle：
The equipment adopts a stoplog gate structure, which involves placing multiple individual beams horizontally into the gate slot one by one to form a planar water-retaining structure. Our company produces two types: standard stoplog gates and those equipped with pre-tightening devices.
For stoplog gates with pre-tightening devices, a slide track is installed in the gate slot, allowing each individual stoplog to be lowered smoothly along the track. This prevents misalignment between individual stoplogs in any direction. Additionally, a set of pre-tightening devices is installed on both upstream sides of the stoplog gate to ensure a tight fit between the gate and the gate slot, thereby improving the water-sealing effect. It has been proven that stoplog gates with pre-tightening devices significantly reduce water leakage compared to standard stoplog gates.
