- Radial motion: The rotation of the paddle propels the material to flow in the direction perpendicular to the axis to achieve local mixing;

1. Blade selection: Select according to the viscosity of the material: turbine propellers for low viscosity (<100 mPa·s), spiral propellers for medium viscosity (100~10^4 mPa·s), and anchor propellers for high viscosity;
2. Speed ​​control: high viscosity materials use low speed (10~50 rpm), low viscosity materials use high speed (50~300 rpm);
3. Seal maintenance: Check seals regularly and replace worn parts to prevent leakage;
4. Material matching: Use corrosion-resistant materials (such as Hastelloy) for corrosive materials;
5. Safe operation: Before starting, confirm that the material is not agglomerated, avoid overloading, and lubricate the transmission parts regularly.
